On October 22, 2021, Zhejiang Rural Credit Cooperative Society officially opened a 16-day internal training, which is based on CDA certification standards, combined with the key points of CDA LEVEL III skills, from the advanced data analysis methods and techniques necessary for the digital development of enterprises, the goal is to improve the data professional application ability of data analysts across the bank. 

Under the leadership of senior teachers, participants actively participated in the course and case studies, and further improved their data thinking skills while systematizing their original knowledge structure.

In this internal training, the content is mainly focused on financial data mining cases and modeling exercises. In the course, the instructor firstly understands and analyzes the advanced experience of domestic and foreign counterparts in big data application; at the same time, he further investigates and analyzes the development status, bottlenecks and business pain points of big data analysis, and guides the students to combine the knowledge and skills firmly into the case practice in a hierarchical and step-by-step manner.

Advanced data processing and feature engineering are also important contents of this internal training. The instructor divided the contents into six sections: feature and feature engineering; data pre-processing; feature structure; feature selection; feature transformation and feature learning. In addition, the lecturer focused on practical work in the classroom, and the lecture mode close to enterprise business aroused the interest of the participants, which made the atmosphere of the internal training active and mobilized the enthusiasm of the participants.
