Data analysis is of extreme strategic importance and is the core brain for optimizing the supply chain and procurement decisions, so doing a good job of data analysis is one of the most important aspects of the procurement process.

For example, the analysis of the weak link suppliers, all centralized procurement or single-source procurement, are not in line with the principle of maximizing benefits, we need to find the real root cause of the problem through analysis, so as to solve the outstanding problems and troubles.

Are there some good frameworks to recommend for enterprise operation data analysis?

The company I used to work for is a diversified conglomerate, with subordinate segments including electricity, investment, real estate, manufacturing and other business clusters. We may be more concerned about the future market penetration of this industry, the degree of technological leadership, product market recognition and so on.

At the same time, we will also pay attention to and enter some new industries and some new projects. Overall, from the group company level, some of the more basic data indicators include normal financial indicators, such as revenue, profit, assets, liabilities and owners' equity.

For example, for the power sector, we will analyze its annual power generation, its overhaul cycle, its subsidies, its equipment operation, and its overall cost reduction, and for real estate companies, we will analyze its sales situation, including seasonal, time and location sales, consumers' willingness to consume, consumers' age composition, household assets and liabilities, etc. Household assets and liabilities, etc.

What are the most interesting or meaningful experiences you have encountered in your work? What did you learn from them? How do you think these experiences have influenced your professional development?
