Today, when digital transformation has become the key word of enterprise development, the School of Special Education of Beijing Union University successfully held a lecture on the theme of "The Role of Digital Capability in the Workplace" on the afternoon of June 18. Dr. Zhao Jianyi, the founding initiator of the CDA data analyst and chairman of the association, was specially invited as the guest speaker, bringing an in-depth and rich academic sharing to the teachers and students of the School of Special Education and the School of Robotics.

At the beginning of the lecture, Professor Yao Dengfeng, as the host, introduced Dr. Zhao's academic background and professional achievements in detail. Then Qu Xin, the deputy dean of teaching, delivered a welcome speech, expressing his warm welcome to Dr. Zhao and his expectation for the lecture. In the lecture, Dr. Zhao detailed the background and current situation of digital transformation, the importance of data analysis ability, and the specific requirements of enterprises for digital talents, combined with his rich academic research and practical experience. He stressed the importance of data governance, data analysis, data mining, artificial intelligence and other capabilities, and pointed out the key role of digital talents such as data analysts, data scientists and data engineers in modern enterprises. His wonderful speech stimulated the strong interest of teachers and students present, especially deaf students majoring in computer science and technology in the School of Special Education and listening students in the School of Robotics.
