On August 30th, 2019, the data analyst skills improvement and sharing began in the training center of Bank of China Suzhou Branch in 2019. The course of this activity has a total of 10 days, including Excel, MySQL, probability theory and mathematical statistics, SPSS, etc The theme is designed around the CDA level certification exam Level 1. After the course, all students will be organized to conduct mock exams and select excellent students to participate in the CDA Level 1 certification exam.

At the opening ceremony, the leaders of the bank urged everyone to apply what they learned, to have a productive direction, and to recognize the CDA level setting and certification exams. I believe this study can help you improve your data analysis capabilities and strive to build an excellent team of data analysts.

There were more than 120 participants in this activity. The first day of the study was Excel. The students said that through one day of study, the design and operation of the form was much higher. I also learned at the training site that there are our CDA level 1 and level 2 certificate holders, and there are also employees who are preparing for the level 3 test. Everyone will ask the "students" for more and get good results.

In order to maintain the students' interest in learning, we have improved the internal training mode this time. Each course has designed interactive answering mini games and prepared prizes. Everyone is very satisfied with our work attitude, link design, prize preparation, and lecturer assistant.
